01Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on Vision NFT infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice. Your notice should include the following:

Your name and contact information.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the allegedly infringing material (links/URLs).
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Counter-notifications should include:

Your name, address, and contact information.
Identification of the material removed and its prior location.
A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed due to mistake/misidentification.
Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts (as required by DMCA).
Your physical or electronic signature.

We may forward notices to the affected user as required.
On-chain records are immutable; we can delist/hide items in our UI but cannot delete blockchain data.
Abuse of the DMCA process may have legal consequences.
