DMCA Notice

01Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on Vision NFT infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice. Your notice should include the following:

  • Your name and contact information.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material (links/URLs).
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

02Counter‑Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Counter-notifications should include:

  • Your name, address, and contact information.
  • Identification of the material removed and its prior location.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed due to mistake/misidentification.
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts (as required by DMCA).
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

03Important Notes

  • We may forward notices to the affected user as required.
  • On-chain records are immutable; we can delist/hide items in our UI but cannot delete blockchain data.
  • Abuse of the DMCA process may have legal consequences.
