01Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content on Vision NFT infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice. Your notice should include the following:
- Your name and contact information.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material (links/URLs).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
02Counter‑Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Counter-notifications should include:
- Your name, address, and contact information.
- Identification of the material removed and its prior location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed due to mistake/misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts (as required by DMCA).
- Your physical or electronic signature.
03Important Notes
- We may forward notices to the affected user as required.
- On-chain records are immutable; we can delist/hide items in our UI but cannot delete blockchain data.
- Abuse of the DMCA process may have legal consequences.
