We take intellectual property and legal compliance seriously. This policy describes how to report content that you believe should be removed from Vision NFT.

02What Can Be Reported

• Copyright infringement or unauthorized use of protected works.
• Trademark infringement.
• Illegal content or content that violates our terms.

03How to Submit a Takedown Request

Provide enough information for us to identify the content and evaluate the request:

• Links/URLs to the content on Vision NFT.
• A description of what you believe is infringing or illegal.
• Proof of ownership/authority (where applicable).
• Your contact details.

04What We Do After Receiving a Request

• We review the request and may ask for additional information.
• We may remove or restrict access to off-chain content hosted by Vision NFT.
• On-chain data is immutable; we cannot remove blockchain records, but we can delist/hide items in our UI.
