01Overview
Vision NFT facilitates payments and on-chain minting. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. This policy explains when refunds may be possible and how to request support.
02Non‑Refundable Items
- Completed on-chain mints and blockchain network fees.
- Transactions that have been successfully processed by the payment provider and minted to a wallet.
03When a Refund May Be Considered
- Payment was captured but the mint did not complete due to a verified platform error.
- Duplicate charge for the same order/session.
- Other exceptional cases at our sole discretion, subject to provider constraints.
04How to Request a Refund
Contact support with your payment/session ID, wallet address, and any relevant timestamps. We may request additional information from the payment provider to investigate.
If a refund is approved, the processing time depends on the payment provider and your financial institution.
